The information below is good for all products unless otherwise noted. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of our receiving the order (this excludes weekends & holidays).
USA SHIPPING OPTIONS (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES):
The shipping charges are determined on the
amount of the order and the shipping destination.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS! You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. All freight carriers require a physical address. If we inure fees for shipping to a wrong address, you (the customer) will be responsible for these fees.
TRACKING: You will receive a tracking e-mail from the shipper (USPS) as your item(s) are shipped.
Order Discrepancies and Returns
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 days on any discrepancies or we cannot be responsible for errors.

Applies to all products sold in My Piggies Shop.
Item must be in the original package.
Item must be in good, re-sellable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
We cannot refund shipping charges.
