SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
The information below is good for all products unless otherwise noted. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of our receiving the order (this excludes weekends & holidays).
USA SHIPPING OPTIONS (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES):
The shipping charges are determined on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
Our shippers of choice are FedEx and USPS Priority Mail.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS! You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. All freight carriers require a physical address. If we inure fees for shipping to a wrong address, you (the customer) will be responsible for these fees.
Orders are shipped FOB origin; meaning that once the package is picked up by the carrier you the customer are responsible for tracking.
Orders received on before 4 p.m. Eastern time will ship the following day. Orders received on Friday & Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Sunday and Monday orders the following Tuesday, unless that day is a holiday.
TRACKING: You will receive a tracking e-mail from the shipper (USPS or FedEx) as your item(s) are shipped.
Order Discrepancies and Returns
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 days on any discrepancies or we cannot be responsible for errors.
30 Day Return Policy
Applies to all products.
Item must be in the original package.
Item must be in good, re-sellable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping charges.
We cannot refund shipping charges.
